Fixed Price Projects

Projects done on fixed-price basis. Symbiosis Technologies team will discuss with you, your requirements, specifications, related material and will quote a fixed price for the project. The price may be fixed on hard set of specifications, or accommodate certain level of flexibility.

Any Engineering Change required after the project is done will come under ECR (Engineering Change Required) report and Upon approval of the ECR, an ECO (Engineering Change Order) will be established and placed.

Time Based Projects

Work done on standard time and materials method based. This is usually monitored through weekly time sheets and progress Reports.

Milestone Based Payment Schedule

In a remote development project, milestones-based payment schedules reinforce progress monitoring. Milestone based payment helps you justify payment, and visible progress reduces risks.

Monthly resource-based payment.

Extended Development center model, billing is done monthly based on the number and level of resources utilized. In this scenario, the cost is resource based and not project specific.
